The Yuma Sun offers an
update on the 20-year, $285 million project to 'reline' the
All American Canal that runs west of that city. In fact, as large part of the 23-mile long project is resulting in all new construction. The lining/rebuilding project will prevent more than 67,700 acre feet of water from leaking into the subsurface annually.
