Forest Service officials are warning that heavy monsoon rains in the Huachuca Mountains southwest of Sierra Vista, could carry "
mud, debris, and boulders" down canyons denuded by the Monument wild fire. Rain gauges were installed Thursday and Friday to give residents a warning when heavy rains could trigger flooding.
