Border trash cleanup

There's a website for everything these days, including one just brought to my attention, for cleaning up trash along the U.S. - Mexico border. "AZBorderTrash.gov" is not just pointing fingers, but is aimed at cleaning up the estimated 2,000 tons of trash left behind by illegal immigrants annually.

"Border trash refers to items discarded by persons involved in illegal immigration such as plastic containers, clothing, backpacks, foodstuffs, vehicles, bicycles, and paper. It can also consist of human waste and sometimes medical products." The Arizona Dept. of Environmental Quality organizes volunteer efforts to help clean up these areas.
