The ASU-run THEMIS instrument on the Mars Odyssey Mission is
tracking "a huge dust storm that began in mid-March on that planet in the large Southern Hemisphere impact basin Hellas. It has since grown as it spread northward in a patchy fashion. How large the storm will become is unknown, but previous storms have grown to envelop the whole planet for weeks at a time," according to a
post on the THEMIS web site.
